Thanks to Open College of the Arts students for help and suggestions from the OCA discussion forum.
My criteria for use: ease of uploading, ease of organising into themes and manipulating, ease of exporting and cost.
Headings from a table: Platform and url – What is it? – PROS – CONS – Notes – Price – Score
Platform for communicating ideas-More drawing than manipulating images but can upload and organise images quite well.
A tenth the price of Picter for a similar job.

Works-$18/m for 20 people
Visual collaboration platform-Sophisticated visual platform – organisation excellent, themes, categories and output of work-Expensive 19/month for each participant i.e. 20 people for 6/12 £2,400-Tried this with them and my own images-19/month for each participant-8
Photographic competition submission platform-Allows free submissions – no limits – judging and scoring
Good submission, organisation and outputting-Designed for judging and scoring and not collaborating
*Offer free to some charities – negotiable-£114/m for 900 image submissions
